How do I buy your products?

  • We would be pleased to have you as a "preferred" retail customer. It is really quite easy to purchase securely online. Simply follow these steps:
    1. Review the products on our catalog page, and make a list of what you'd like to purchase. To review our catalog page, click here.
    2. Select one of our team, from the buttons at the bottom of the catalog page, from whom you'd like to purchase, and click the appropriate button. You will be redirected to that team member's secure online catalog.
    3. Make sure that your "Home Country" is displayed correctly, on the "Create a new account" page, then click "Next."
    4. Complete the required information for "shipment" & "billing," to create a new online account, and then proceed to make your purchase selections & click "Next." Your order will then be tabulated, applicable sales tax & shipping charges added, automatically and you'll be directed to the "payment" page, where you'll see your total order. Then securely enter your payment information, and click "Next."
    5. That's all there is to it. Your order will be electronically processed, and filled at the Henderson, NV distribution center, and shipped (usually within 48 hours of the next regular business day).

How do I reorder?

  • Once you create an account, you'll be provided with a "Login Name" & temporary "password" that you'll be able to change, once you login to your account. Once you've logged in, you can place another order, anytime you wish.
  • You may also contact us directly at: retailorders@dreamcoffeeworks.com , to place an order or reorder, which will then be placed randomly with one of our team members, and shipped directly from our inventory, once payment by check, money order or certified bank draft only, payable to Dream CoffeeWorks, is received and has cleared.

Can I place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays?

  • Yes. As with any Internet web site, it is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 (366) days a year, including holidays. Your order will be electronically processed immediately, and filled at the Henderson, NV distribution center, and shipped (usually within 48 hours of the next regular business day).

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • Generally, yes, unless your order exceeds $500.00, (CV) Commissionable Volume, in which case, the online electronic processing will credit your account, for the shipping charges, and calculate only your purchase, plus any applicable sales tax, and process your order.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

  • No. It is the policy of our shipper, to only ship to a physical address for verification of receipt.

If I make a purchase, what is the return policy?

  • You may return any unused, unopened & resalable products purchased, within 30 days of invoice date for refund, and will receive the invoice amount less a 10% restocking fee.

Do I need to join anything?

  • No. You are definitely welcome to be one of our "preferred" retail customers, but you are also welcome to join our team, as an Authorized Independent Distributor, at anytime, if you so choose.

If I choose to join, how do I go about it?

  • We would be pleased to have you as a "Get in the Game" and Dream CoffeeWorks team member. It is really quite easy to join securely online. Simply follow these steps:
    1. Select one of our team, from the buttons at the bottom of the "Getting Started" page, whose team you'd like to join, and click the appropriate button. You will be redirected to that team member's secure online membership application page.
    2. Make sure that your "Home Country" is displayed correctly, on the "Create a new account" page, then carefully read the terms & conditions agreement and then "accept" the terms & conditions, by placing a check in the box below the terms & conditions and click "Next."
    3. Complete all of the required information, to create a new online account, and then proceed to make any additional, but optional, product or Promotional Builder Pack purchase selections & click "Next." Your enrollment application & initial order will then be electronically transmitted, tabulated, applicable sales tax & shipping charges added, automatically and you'll be directed to the "payment" page, where you'll see your total order. Then securely enter your payment information, and click "Next."
    4. That's all there is to it. Your enrollment & initial order will be electronically processed, and your initial order filled at the Henderson, NV distribution center, and shipped (usually within 48 hours of the next regular business day).

If I choose to join, how long does it take to complete the enrollment process?

  • The application process, online or on paper, is usually completed in less than 15 minutes. The actual enrollment is normally completed, accepted or rejected, and you are normally notified, within 48 hours after submission on the next regular business day.

If I choose to join, can I cancel my membership at any time?

  • Absolutely. You are under no obligation to remain a member, if you do not wish to do so. The process for cancellation, does require, however, written notification to the company. The time frame is slightly different, since this requires submission either by mail or fax, and cannot be completed directly online.

If I choose to join, do I need to purchase products monthly?

  • No. You can order whenever you need to, either for personal consumption, samples or to fill orders. Once you are an Authorized Independent Distributor, you are eligible for the first two levels ― wholesale to retail sales mark-up, and weekly "Fast Track" bonuses. Beyond that, in order to be eligible for other "bonuses," in accordance with the "compensation plan," you need to have a monthly "PV" (Personal Volume), in order to qualify for these "bonuses," and you must also meet other qualifications, as well.

If I choose a monthly "auto-ship" option, can I cancel the "auto-ship" at any time?

  • Absolutely. You are under no obligation to purchase anything, beyond the initial "Business Entry Kit," if you do not wish to do so. You will, however, need to have products available, in order to fill any "non-electronic" orders you might obtain. As explained above, you can order whenever you need to, either for personal consumption, samples or to fill orders. Once you are an Authorized Independent Distributor, you are eligible for the first two levels ― wholesale to retail sales mark-up, and weekly "Fast Track" bonuses. Beyond that, in order to be eligible for other "bonuses," in accordance with the "compensation plan," you need to have a monthly "PV" (Personal Volume), in order to qualify for these "bonuses," and you must also meet other qualifications, as well. The process for cancellation of an "auto-ship," can be accomplished simply through your "back office."

Is this a "pyramid," and, if so, aren't they illegal?

  • We are a "Network Marketing" a/k/a "Multi-Level Marketing" organization. Generally, all businesses use some form of "pyramid" business model structure, with an owner(s) at the top, and then spreading out in the form of a "pyramid" as the various levels develop. We are in business to market a competitively priced, product of value.
